Principal Favi Arevalo

Favi Arevalo

Ms. Favi currently serves and will continue the role as the JISD Director of ESL and Bilingual, along with her new role as principal. She brings 19 years of diverse educational experience to her role, having worked as an ESL paraprofessional, 1st and 4th grade bilingual teacher, and 3rd grade general education teacher. Her journey has led her back to Caddo Grove Elementary, where she first began her career. Ms. Favi feels privileged to serve in this familiar environment, with a deep connection to Caddo Grove as her educational home. As a proud mother of one son who recently graduated from Joshua High School, she looks forward to building relationships, growing professionally, and contributing to the school community.

Assistant Principal Patti Jones

Patti Jones

With 21 years of teaching experience ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade, along with service as a resource teacher, Ms. Jones is a valuable addition to Caddo Grove Elementary. She has taught at North Joshua Elementary, Nichols Middle School, and just recently completed a year at Joshua High School as a principal intern. Ms. Jones looks forward to serving the Caddo Grove community in her new position.
