Visitor Procedures

                                                                             District On-Campus Visitor Procedures

Parents and other visitors are welcome to visit the school. The following procedures have been put in place to ensure safety for your child while at school.

All visitors shall:

  1. Report and sign-in at the front office. (Visits to classrooms during instruction must be approved by the principal.)
  2. With the exception of parents/guardians, visitors must receive written permission before visiting the Joshua HS or Ninth Grade Campus
  3. Provide Photo ID
  4. Wear visitor badge at all times for access to hallways, classrooms, etc.

*School administrators and teachers have the right to request unauthorized or improperly attired persons to leave the school if it is in the best interest of the students. Unauthorized visitors and visitors who violate school policies may be subject to arrest for criminal trespass.

*The District reserves the right to conduct sex offender criminal history searches on any visitor.
